i actually like this a lot, it came out basically how i had it in my head--surreal, peaceful, etc... what's more is it was simple and fun, fully painted on 1 layer in sai, and then texture applied in photoshop!

I'm not sure why this gem of a painting was not already in my favorites- I remember admiring this a while back. I hope you don't mind the comment, since this piece is a few years old, but it's still gorgeous and very serene. It inspires me to do some Okami fan art of my own!
